I have found my resting place
In my Father's sweetest embrace
His love is gentle, true and kind
And His warmth is better than the sun that shines
He leads me by the waters still
And restores my mind and will
He gently lifts my weary head
And fills my mind with sweet thoughts instead
He reminds me that nature's beauty is the best
And come to Him to find some rest
It's where I go each time
When I need rest for my troubled mind
He holds my hand at the start of each day
And walks with me each step of the way
He carries all my pain, burdens and load
As we journey together on this narrow road
I have found my resting place
In my Father's sweet embrace
This is where I always want to be
Together forever till eternity
